Is a credit card the only form of payment accepted?
If you are ordering through www.PoisonShop.org, payment by credit card is the only accepted form of payment. If you do not have a credit card, email us at email@example.com or call us at 1-800-222-1222 to request information on alternative payment methods. We encourage all customers to place their orders online as we now require payment in advance before we ship your order. Please review the "Do I Qualify for Free Materials" section before placing your order.
How do I order more than one of any item or remove an item from my shopping cart?
When you check out, youíll have the opportunity to change and update quantities. If you want to remove an item, simply change the quantity to zero (0).
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Please allow two weeks for your order to arrive.
Iíve placed an order that hasnít been shipped yet and want to change or cancel it. What should I do?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 1-800-222-1222. Weíll be glad to add materials or cancel an order that hasnít been shipped.
What should I do if I need to return my shipment?
Email us at email@example.com and let us know the reason for your return. You can also call us at 1-800-222-1222 to disucss your return. We will issue a credit within two weeks of receiving the returned items.
If I qualify for free materials, how often can I use the coupon codes?
Twice a year.
